Si Albacete capital es la cuarta plaza de España en número de festejos, ¿cómo puede estar su provincia tan abandonada?

Los profesionales tienen que unirse con los ayuntamientos para relanzar las temporadas. Sin estrategia común no volverán los números de antes.
