La Ley llamada de Bienestar Animal que promueve Unidas Podemos bajo cobertura del gobierno de Sánchez estipula que todas las mascotas deberán llevar un dni para evitar el abandono de animales... ¿qué pasará?

Las mascotas se perderán, ya no serán abandonadas, pero se escaparán. ¿quién es el responsable si un perro se escapa o se pierde?
